Question 1

Which areas of Zimbabwe do you deliver to?

Accepted Answer

All ten provinces. We dispatch daily from Bulawayo and run scheduled consolidated routes to Harare, Gweru, Mutare, Masvingo, Victoria Falls, Hwange, Gwanda and Chinhoyi, with on-demand delivery to growth points, mines and farms in between.

Question 2

How quickly will I receive a quotation?

Accepted Answer

Standard requests are quoted within 24 working hours. Complex or import-based enquiries requiring overseas pricing are typically returned within 48 to 72 hours.

Question 3

Is there a minimum order value?

Accepted Answer

No. We handle single-item urgent purchases as readily as multi-million-dollar project supply, though consolidated orders attract better freight rates.

Question 4

How do you verify your suppliers?

Accepted Answer

Every supplier passes company registration, tax clearance, physical premises and capacity checks plus customer reference calls. Performance is scored after each order and non-performers are removed.

Question 5

Can you handle imports and customs clearance?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We source from South Africa, China, the UAE, India and Europe, arrange sea, road or air freight, and manage full customs and ZIMRA documentation with landed-cost quotations.

Question 6

What payment terms do you offer?

Accepted Answer

New clients typically transact on a deposit basis. Established corporate, NGO and government clients can apply for 30-day credit terms after account review.

Question 7

Do you support tender and PRAZ requirements?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We provide compliant quotation packs, supplier documentation and delivery evidence formatted for public-sector and donor procurement processes.

Question 8

What happens if goods arrive damaged or off-specification?

Accepted Answer

Every consignment is inspected before dispatch. If a discrepancy is found on delivery, notify us within 48 hours and we arrange replacement or credit at no cost to you.

Question 9

Can you manage recurring monthly supply?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We run scheduled replenishment programmes with fixed pricing periods, agreed delivery windows and monthly spend reporting.

Question 10

Do you sell to individuals or only to organisations?

Accepted Answer

Our services are built for organisations, but we accept individual orders for larger equipment and building material purchases.
